By downloading or using the Zeloraa application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Zeloraa
Zeloraa is an online marketplace platform ("Platform") that facilitates connections between food creators ("Creators" or "Vendors") and customers ("Users"). Zeloraa provides the technology infrastructure — we are not a food producer, restaurant, or food delivery company.
These Terms govern your use of the Zeloraa mobile application (iOS and Android), website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Zeloraa.
- By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Account Registration
- You must create an account to place orders or register as a Creator.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person or entity.
- Notify us immediately at support@zeloraa.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Customer Terms
4.1 Placing Orders
- By placing an order, you make a direct contract with the Creator for the supply of food.
- Orders are subject to Creator confirmation and availability.
- You must provide accurate delivery address and contact information.
- Special dietary requirements are your responsibility to communicate — Zeloraa does not guarantee allergen-free preparation.
4.2 Payments
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation.
4.3 Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before the Creator begins preparation.
- Refunds are issued at the discretion of Zeloraa and the Creator if food does not meet the described quality.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours via in-app support.
- Booking deposits may be non-refundable depending on the Creator's stated cancellation policy.
5. Creator (Vendor) Terms
5.1 Becoming a Creator
- You must register as a Creator and provide accurate business information.
- You represent that you hold all required licences, permits, and comply with local food safety regulations.
- You are responsible for the quality, safety, and accurate description of all food you sell.
5.2 Creator Responsibilities
- You must prepare food in a clean, hygienic environment in compliance with applicable laws.
- You must clearly disclose allergens and ingredients for all dishes.
- You must fulfil confirmed orders within the stated preparation time.
- You are responsible for any illness or harm caused by food you prepare.
5.3 Creator Payouts
- Zeloraa deducts a service commission from each transaction as stated in your Creator agreement.
- Payouts are processed to your registered bank account on the schedule stated in your Creator dashboard.
- Zeloraa may withhold payouts if there are open disputes, refund claims, or suspected fraud.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content or reviews.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Creators.
- Attempt to bypass or hack our security systems.
- Engage in off-platform transactions to avoid Zeloraa's commission.
- Create fake accounts or manipulate ratings and reviews.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Zeloraa platform — including logos, design, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to Zeloraa and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Creators retain ownership of their photos and menu content but grant Zeloraa a non-exclusive licence to display it for marketing purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Zeloraa provides the Platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, or the accuracy of Creator listings, or the quality or safety of any food product.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeloraa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the transaction giving rise to the claim. Zeloraa is a marketplace and is not responsible for the actions, food quality, or conduct of Creators or Users.
10. Termination
Zeloraa may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or behaviour harmful to other users. You may delete your account at any time through app settings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of Zeloraa after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
