How do I place an order on Zeloraa? +

Download the Zeloraa app and create a free account. Browse food creators near you, choose your dishes, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Select your delivery address and payment method, then confirm. You'll receive a confirmation notification and can track your order in real time.

How do I find food creators near me? +

Open the app and allow location access. The home screen shows creators near you automatically. You can also search by cuisine type (e.g., "Italian", "Indian", "Mediterranean"), filter by rating, distance, or price range, and save your favourite creators for quick access.

What payment methods does Zeloraa accept? +

Zeloraa accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card details. All transactions use encrypted connections for maximum security.

Can I cancel or change my order? +

You can cancel an order before the creator starts preparing it. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible. Go to "My Orders" in the app and tap "Cancel Order." For changes, message the creator directly via in-app chat as soon as possible after placing the order.

What if my order is wrong or didn't arrive? +

Go to "My Orders" → select the order → "Report an Issue." You can also email support@zeloraa.com. Submit your request within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How do I get a refund? +

Submit a refund request through the app within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery. Go to "My Orders" → select the order → "Request Refund" and describe the issue. Our team reviews all requests within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How do I book catering for an event? +

Visit a creator's profile and tap "Book Now." Select your event date, time, number of guests, and any special requirements. The creator will review your request and confirm availability. You can message the creator directly to discuss menu customisation and logistics. A deposit may be required.

Is the food safe? What about allergens? +

All creators agree to Zeloraa's food safety standards. However, food is prepared in home kitchens, not commercial restaurants, so cross-contamination is possible. Always check a creator's allergen information on their menu listing and message them directly about severe allergies before ordering.

For Food Creators & Vendors
How do I become a food creator on Zeloraa? +

Download the Zeloraa Creator app and tap "Register as Creator." Fill in your profile details, add your dishes with photos and prices. Once your profile is reviewed and approved (usually within 24–48 hours), you'll appear to customers in your area and can start receiving orders.

How do I add or edit my menu? +

Open the Creator app and go to "My Menu" in the dashboard. Tap "+" to add a new dish — upload a photo, set a name, description, price, and mark allergens. To edit an existing dish, tap on it and select "Edit." Changes go live immediately after saving.

How and when do I get paid? +

Zeloraa processes payouts to your registered bank account weekly (every Monday for the previous week's completed orders). View your earnings in the Creator dashboard under "Earnings." Zeloraa deducts a service commission before payout. Contact creators@zeloraa.com for payout questions.

How do I manage bookings and catering requests? +

Go to "Bookings" in your Creator dashboard to see all incoming catering requests. Accept, decline, or request more details. Use the integrated calendar to manage availability. Customers are notified automatically when you respond.

What is the Zeloraa AI Studio? +

The AI Studio in the Creator app is a built-in business assistant providing personalised tips — pricing advice, marketing suggestions, and menu optimisation. Access it from your Creator dashboard to get AI-powered guidance tailored to your performance data.

Account & Settings
How do I reset my password? +

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. Still having trouble? Email support@zeloraa.com.

How do I delete my account? +

Go to Profile → Settings → "Delete Account" in the app. Account deletion is permanent — all your data, order history, and saved creators will be removed. Resolve any outstanding orders or creator payouts before deleting. You can also email support@zeloraa.com to request deletion.

How do I turn off push notifications? +

Manage notifications in the app under Profile → Settings → "Notifications." You can choose which types to receive (order updates, promotions, messages). You can also disable all Zeloraa notifications through your phone's system settings.
